Mirond Lake has three main species, Walleye, Northern Pike, and Yellow Perch.

A picture says a thousand words, and these speak for themselves!!

Walleye are a popular species.  They range in size from 2 to 5 lbs.

Walleye are a sought after catch, prized for both flavor and quality.

Mirond Lake remains a good walleye lake, and is protected by the Environment and Resource Management together with the Outfitters and the Commercial fisherman with the hope that it will remain so for future generations.

Northern Pike are great fun to catch.

Average keepers at 3 to 6 lbs with trophies from 10 lbs and up.

We have two day-use lakes, Cornelle Lake and Parenteau Lake that can be reached by portage.

This photo is of Lake Trout on Parenteau Lake.

Cornelle Lake has the same species as Mirond Lake, Walleye, Northern Pike, and Yellow Perch.

Cornelle Lake also has two sets of rapids and is a very scenic northern lake.
